摘    要:本文主要从精细化管理在医院运营管理中的应用及精细化管理在服务患者中的体现,探讨精细化管理模式在医疗服务中的作用。从理解患者的需求,贯彻患者至尊的理念,服务细节的体现,重视患者的满意度四个方面阐述了精细化管理的精、准、细、严的原则在服务患者中的作用。精细化管理模式运用在医疗服务中,提高了患者满意度,降低了服务投诉,提升了医院的品质。

Abstract:The article explored the effects of delicacy management pattern in medical service based on analysis of the application of delicacy management in hospital operation and management and patient service. The article presents the effects of delicacy management with precise, accurate, meticulous and strict principles in patient service from the perspective of understanding patient needs, serving patients as top priority, focusing on details in service and valuing patient satisfaction. Application of delicacy management in medical service is conducive to improving patient satisfaction, reducing service complaints and improving hospital service quality.
