参红通络颗粒治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛

目的观察参红通络颗粒配合西药基础疗法治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛气虚血瘀、痰浊阻络证的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照方法选取120例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者，中医辨证为气虚血瘀、痰浊阻络证，根据随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例。对照组采用西药抗凝、降脂基础治疗，合并高血压病、糖尿病患者给予降压、降糖对症治疗；治疗组除西药基础治疗外加用参红通络颗粒口服3个月，服药结束后随访3个月。治疗前后对比观察两组患者心绞痛复发率、中医症状疗效、西雅图心绞痛调查量表积分情况及硝酸甘油停减率，综合评定患者疗效。结果随访观察6个月后，2组患者在心绞痛复发率、中医症状积分、西雅图心绞痛调查量表积分及硝酸甘油停减率方面比较均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组。结论自拟方参红通络颗粒配合西药基础治疗能够明显减少冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的心绞痛复发率，减少硝酸甘油用量，改善中医症状，提高患者生活质量。

Effects of Shenhong Tongluo Granulate in 120 Patients with Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical effect of shenhong tongluo granulate and western medicine basic therapy on based therapy for stable angina pectoris with Qi-Xu-Xue-Yu, Tan-Zhuo-Zu-Luo Syndrome. Methods According to the random number table, 120 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris patients were divided into treatment group and control group. 60 cases in treatment group were assigned to receive shenhong tongluo granulate, and 60 cases in control group were assigned to receive anticoagulant medicine, hypolipidemic therapy, hypertension or diabetes patients were treated by antihy- pertensive, hypoglycemic medicine;patients in treatment group received basic medicine therapy plus with shenhong tongluo granulate for three months after the end of follow-up medication 3 months. All patients were comparing the pre-treatment and post-treatment index including angina recurrence rate, TCM symptoms score, the Seattle Angina Questionnaire （SAQ） and the stopped or reduced usage rate of nitroglycerin, comprehensive assessment of patient outcomes. Results After 6 months follow-up study, the treatment group and control group in the angina recurrence rate, TCM symptom score, SAQ and the stopped or reduced usage rate, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05）. The clinical effect of the treatment group is su- perior to that of the control group. Conclusion Shenhong tongluo granulate with western basic treatment can significantly reduce coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris patients in recurrence rate, reducing the amount of nitroglycerin,lessen clinical symptoms, and improve patients＇ quality of life.
