神经生长因子治疗小儿面神经炎不同时期的疗效分析

目的 研究分析神经生长因子对面神经炎的临床疗效.方法 采用我院神经内科收治的面神经炎患者80例,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组即常规治疗,治疗组即在常规治疗基础上应用神经生长因子恩经复,探讨两组患者不同时期的临床疗效,及比较治疗前后面神经传导速度变化.结果 所有患者均接受治疗,在治疗后10天（T1）,20天（T2）及30天后（T3）疗效均较对照组明显增加,且随着治疗时间的延长治疗有效率明显增加,差异有统计项意义（P〈0.05）;疗程结束后两组患侧面神经传导速度均有不同程度上升,接近健侧,经比较治疗组上升程度较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 恩经复（注射用鼠神经生长因子）,辅以治疗面神经炎,有着较好的临床疗效,且随着治疗疗程的延长疗效更为确切,明确了其在临床面神经炎治疗上的重要意义,为治疗面神经炎及其他周围神经病变提供一定的依据.

Nerve growth factor treatment of facial paralysis in different periods of children curative effect analysis

Objective to study the analysis of nerve growth factor across the clinical curative effect of neuritis. Methods of 80 cases of facial paralysis patients admitted in neurology, according to treatment method is divided into the control group conventional treatment, the treatment group is on the basis of conventional treatment application of nerve growth factor via complex and investigate the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients in different periods, and compared before and after treatment of facial nerve conduction velocity changes. Results all patients were treated, in 10 days after treatment （T,）, 20 days （T2） and 30 days （T3） curative effect than the control group increased significantly, and longer duration of therapy treatment efficiency increased significantly, the difference had statistic significance （P〈0.05）; After treatment in two groups had side nerve conduction velocity all have different degree rise, close to the contralateral, rising by comparing the treatment group than control group obviously, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion well by complex （injectable mouse nerve growth factor）, supplemented by treatment of facial paralysis, has a better clinical curative effect, and as the extension of treatment efficacy is more precise, clear its significance on clinical facial paralysis treated, for the treatment of facial paralysis and other peripheral neuropathy provide certain basis.
