痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗脑卒中相关性肺炎

目的 研究痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗脑卒中相关性肺炎的临床有效性及安全性.方法 65例脑卒中相关性肺炎患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组.治疗组33例给予痰热清联合抗生素,对照组32例仅给予抗生素.2组患者均给予改善脑循环、营养脑细胞、化痰、扩张气道及营养支持常规治疗.结果 治疗组与对照组比较,2组炎症指标白细胞计数分别为（8.77±2.31）×10^9/L、（9.58±2.94）×10^9/L（t=1.017）,2组比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;C-反应蛋白分别为（31.875 8±17.809 2）mg/L,（47.689 4±19.184 0） mg/L（t=3.834）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗组总有效率为93.93％,对照组总有效率84.37％,2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;2组疗效、平均住院天数比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 痰热清联合抗生素治疗脑卒中相关性肺炎效果满意,安全性高,可以作为临床推荐用药.

Clinical Observation on Stroke Associated Pneumonia with the Treatment of Tanreqing Combined with Antibiotic

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of treating stroke associated pneumonia with Tanreqing combined antibiotic.Method 65 patients diagnosed as stroke associated pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.33 cases from treatment group were given with Tanreqing combined antibiotics,32 patients from the control group were given antibiotics only.Improve cerebral circulation and brain cell metabolism,relieve cough and eliminate sputum,and maintain nutritional support for patients in both groups.Results White blood cell count of these two groups were （8.77 ± 2.31） × 10^9/L and （9.58 ± 2.94） × 10^9/L （t =1.017,P 〉 0.05）,respectively.But C-reactive protein count of these two groups were （31.875 8 ± 17.809 2）and（47.689 4 ± 19.184 0） mg/L（t =3.834,P 〈 0.05）.Compared with the control group,the treatment group has statistically significant difference in total clinical treatment effective rate,（93.93 % in the control group,and 84.37% in the treatment group,P 〈 0.05）,and the average length of stay,which was also statistically significant.Conclusion Treating stroke associated pneumonia with Tanreqing combined antibiotic is a satisfactory,safe method,which can be used as recommended clinical medication.
