摘    要:目的确定采用CO2-超临界流体法提取大黄中蒽醌类成分的最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验法结合单因素考察法,优选出CO2-超临界流体萃取最佳提取条件,确定最佳工艺。结果确定CO2-超临界流体最佳提取条件为40℃条件下,维持20Mpa压力2h,并以75%乙醇为夹带剂。结论本实验优选的提取工艺合理,CO2-超临界流体萃取法可以用于大黄中葸醌类成分的提取。

Abstract:Objective To determine the optimum extraction rhubarb anthraquinones using CO2-supercritical fluid method. Methods The orthogonal experiment method combined single factor method, preferably a CO2-SFE optimum extraction conditions, to determine the best process. Results The CO2-supercritical fluid extraction conditions were optimal at 40 ℃ conditions, maintain 20 MPa pressure 2 h, and 75 % ethanol as entrainer. Conclusion The preferred extraction process is reasonable, CO2-supereritical fluid extraction method can be used to extract rhubarb anthraquinones component.
