新冠肺炎相关应急性科技文献产出特征

目的:通过分析新冠肺炎相关主题应急性科技文献的产出特征,揭示针对突发事件的科技文献的发表与利用特点。方法:从应急性文献的来源及发表时间、文献发表类型及形式、文献发表区域及机构,对新型肺炎相关应急性文献产出的特征进行分析。结果:新冠肺炎疫情相关主题科技文献呈现出数据来源多样化、发表与公开速度快、预印本文献及篇幅简短的文献发表数量增多、发表于开放获取期刊的论文占比增加、论文发表机构合作密切、预印本撤稿率高等特点。结论:突发事件相关应急性科技文献是相关部门及研究人员进行管理决策及科研攻关的重要信息来源,应在了解应急性科技文献的特征与问题的基础上辩证性地使用应急性文献。

Characteristics of the production of COVID-19 pneumonia-related academic papers

Objective To reveal the publication and utilization characteristics of academic papers on emergency events by analyzing the characteristics of the production of COVID-19 pneumonia-related emergency academic papers. Methods The characteristics of the production of COVID-19 pneumonia-related emergency academic papers were analyzed in aspects of their sources and publication time, their publication types and forms, their publication regions and institutions. Results The data of COVID-19 pneumonia-related emergency academic papers were characterized by diversity, rapid publication, increased publication number of preprints and short papers, increased ratio of papers published in open access journals, close collaboration between institutions publishing papers, and a high withdrawal rate from preprints. Conclusion Emergency events-related academic papers are an important information source for the related departments and scientific researchers to make their management decision and tackle the key scientific and technological problems, it is thus necessary for them to dialectically use them after they understand the characteristics of emergency academic papers and the key scientific and technological problems.
