| 摘 要： | 基于布瓦索信息空间理论,阐述了军事科学数据扩散交流的过程,分析了制约军事科学数据扩散交流的问题,如规范整合不够、数据存储能力不强、科研管理融合不足、基础支撑不力等,提出了军事科学数据扩散交流进一步发展的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The problems restricting the diffusion and exchange of data on military sciences were analyzed based on the Boisot information space theory after the diffusion and exchange processes of data on military sciences were described, such as insufficient integration of standards, poor capability of data storage, inadequate integration of scientific research management, and ineffective support of infrastructures with countermeasures and suggestions proposed for the further development of diffusion and exchange of data on military sciences. |
