中西药长期轮替治疗慢性粒细胞白血病的远期疗效观察

本文报告我院从1956～1982年确诊治疗并随诊到死亡的两组慢性粒细胞白血病的疗效,30例用我院中药与马利兰轮替治疗,中数生存期为61个月;28例单用马利兰治疗,中数生存期为40个月,两者差别显著,说明长期中西药轮替治疗优于长期应用马利兰。

Long-Term Treatment of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia by Chinese Medicines Alternated Cyclically with Myleran

From 1956 to 1982,30 cases of chronic myeloid leukemia(CML)were treated by Chinese medicines alternated cyclically with myleran and were followed to death.The median survival time was 61 months,which was significantly longer(P<0.01)than 40 months of 28 cases treated with myleran alone. The median time from diagnosis to onset of acute blastie transformation in the former group was 53 months, being also significantly longer(P<0.01)than 33.5 months of the latter group.Although this was not a strictly randomized prospective study,but patients of these two groups were fairly comparable in terms of prognostic parameters,and the result of comparison could be considered meaningful.Chinese medicines were administered in the form of coated pills with fixed formula.The composition and possible mechanisms of action of the pills were discussed.The role possibly played by Chinese medicines and the prospective of giving Chinese medicines and chemotherapeutic agents in a cyclically alternate way for the treatment of CML were also proposed.
