正交试验法优选牛膝的提取工艺

摘    要:目的优选牛膝的最佳提取工艺。方法以牛膝总皂苷含量为评价指标,采用正交试验法筛选牛膝的最佳工艺条件。结果牛膝的最佳提取工艺条件为药材10倍量80%的乙醇,提取3次,每次1h。结论优化的提取工艺科学、合理,可以作为牛膝的最佳提取工艺方法。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae. Methods Orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction technology with Achyranthis Bidentatae Saponins as the index. Results The optimal extraction technology of Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae was 80% alcohol with 10 times volume of drugs,and extraction time of 3 times with 1 h for each time.
