Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postpartum uterine recovery and quality of life of pregnant women

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postpartum uterine recovery and quality of life of pregnant women.Methods:92 cases of pregnant women admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into group A and Group B with 46 cases in each group.Routine nursing and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing were performed respectively,and the uterine recovery and quality of life after obstetrics and gynecology were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,all the indicators such as pelvic penetration time,lochia time and blood loss were better than those of group A,and the total score of life quality of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing is a comprehensive,comprehensive and fine rehabilitation nursing intervention,which focuses on helping patients recover.The implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for postpartum puerpera is conducive to promoting the uterine recovery of puerpera as soon as possible,improve the quality of life of puerpera.
