| 摘 要： | 用两个厂生产的丙硫咪唑400mg或600mg顿服驱蛔虫与钩虫,其虫卵阴转率分别达95.2%～100%与83.3%～90.0%,但驱鞭虫仅为36.0%～56.3%。用丙硫咪唑300mg顿服后半日加服噻嘧啶150mg和酚嘧啶250mg,驱蛔虫、钩虫的作用不减,尚可将鞭虫的阴转率提高到93%,从而使蛔、钩、鞭虫混合感染人群的一次治疗全阴率由丙硫咪唑单用的31.3%～66.7%递增为75.5%或88.1%。在所用的国内两个厂生产的丙硫咪唑中,不论单用或与噻嘧啶、酚嘧啶伍用‘其驱杀线虫(蛔、钩、鞭)的作用未见明显不同,但两者价格相差甚远。

| Abstract: | Albendazole is a new polyvalent antihelmintic,when given at a dosage of 400 mg or 600 mg,it will render the fecal egg examination negative in ascariasis (95.2%), nkylostomiasis(83.3-90.0%)and trichuriasis(36.0-56.3%).Albendazole (300mg)when given in combination with pyrantel(150 mg)and oxantel(250 mg), its effects in the former two diseasses are no less than that of albendazole used alone.In trichuriasis,however,its response rate was only 93% of that of the single dose.Side effects of the three drugs in combination were mild and transient. |
