| 摘 要： | 目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎（UC）患者炎性反应严重程度分级与IL-21及其受体表达之间的关系。方法收集34例UC患者（包括轻度组10例、中度组8例、重度组6例、缓解组10例）和30例健康成人外周血标本，分离血清和外周血单个核淋巴细胞（PBMC），双抗夹心法ELISA检测血清IL-21水平，流式细胞仪检测外周血CD4^＋、CD8^＋T细胞、B细胞和NK细胞IL-21R的表达。结果UC患者血清IL-21水平及外周血CD4^＋、CD8^＋T细胞、B细胞和NK细胞IL-21R表达水平与健康对照比较显著升高（P〈0．01），并且与病情严重程度有一定相关性。结论IL-21及其受体IL-21 R在UC肠黏膜炎症病变过程中起着重要作用，可能参与了肠道黏膜组织免疫损伤过程。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation between severity of ulcerative colitis(UC) and expression of IL-21 and its receptor(IL-21R) .
