| 摘 要： | 目的明确2001年至2006年卫生监督机构设备建设投入和设备资产值变化情况。方法全国系统抽样调查省市县各级卫生监督机构的设备建设，计算基尼系数。结果各类卫生监督机构中，2001年至2003年设备建设共投入1．2亿元，2004年至2006年共投入2．7亿元，各级卫生监督机构设备资产均有增长，快速检测设备装备的资产值有大幅度的提高，尤其是市级和县级机构；但同时存在资金自筹、资金缺口、设备资产地区不均衡现象。 |

Study on the equilibrium and allocation of equipments in health inspection and superivison institutes between 2001 and 2006 in China |

| Abstract: | Objective：To know the development and equilibrium situation of equipment assets of health inspection and supervision institutes between 2001 and 2006 in China. Method：Using systematic sampling survey to investigate the data of equipment assets of institutes, and compute the GINI Coefficient. Result： The amount of investment on e- quipment construction was 270 million yuan from 2004 to 2006, comparing to 120 million yuan from 2001 to 2003. Equipment assets among each level of institutes increased rapidly, with assets of detection equipment increased significantly, especially at municipal and county levels. The phenomenon of self-finiancing funds, shortfall in funds, and equipment assets imbalance still exists. |
