| 摘 要： | 明代著名医学家张景岳认为命门为人体水火阴阳之宅,内藏元阴元阳,是人体生命之源。命门水火是人体脏腑的化源,命门元阴元阳的亏损是脏腑阴阳病变的根本。在疾病的治疗上,张氏重视命门水火,善补元阴元阳。艾滋病是机体感染艾滋病病毒(HIV)而致的一种恶性传染病,在艾滋病的中晚期,患者由于各种原因多表现为形体耗损严重,命门元气虚损,脏腑功能失调,免疫功能极度低下的状态。患者多由于正气抗邪能力严重下降,引发各种机会性感染而死亡。深入探讨张景岳"命门观"对中晚期艾滋病的防治有一定的指导意义。
