| 摘 要： | 目的:观察温针配合康复训练治疗地震后板房区膝骨关节炎患膝疼痛的临床疗效。方法:88例患者随机分为治疗组(温针配合康复训练)44例、对照组(针刺配合康复训练)44例,疼痛评分标准参照11点数字框图评分法,两组均治疗20次后观察镇痛疗效。结果:治疗组疼痛评分缓解明显好于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率(100%)优于对照组(85.4%),P<0.05。结论:温针配合康复训练治疗震后板房区膝骨关节炎患膝疼痛疗效优于针刺配合康复训练。
