电针对面神经损伤模型的形态学观察

目的:观察日本大耳白兔在面神经卡压损伤后,电镜下雪旺细胞和髓鞘的形态学变化。方法:把日本大耳白兔分成两个组:模型组和电针组,每组兔子5只,造模完成10天后分别截取模型组和电针组受损面神经并在电镜下观察其形态学变化。结果:通过电镜观察,电针组的雪旺细胞细胞核染色正常,细胞器较丰富,尤其是粗面内质网结构完整清晰可见。髓鞘完整,仅有个别的轻度脱髓鞘情况。模型组同电针组比较有明显的差异,模型组脱髓鞘情况较严重而且雪旺细胞的染色质多出现聚集,粗面内质网多出现扩张,胞浆出现空泡。结论:该情况可以从侧面直接反映出针灸对面神经损伤的恢复起到了一定的作用。
