| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自拟开胃饮联合微生态调节剂治疗小儿厌食症的疗效。方法:将76例厌食症患儿随机分为治疗组(自拟开胃饮联合微生态调节剂组)、中药组和西药组,分别予以治疗,2周为1个疗程,共2个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率97.2%,显著优于中药组和西药组(P<0.05),中药组与西药组无显著差别(P>0.05)。治疗组联合用药对临床症状体征的改善优于中药组和西药组。结论:自拟开胃饮联合微生态制剂治疗小儿厌食症疗效显著。
