| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对阴阳气血配穴针刺法结合耳穴贴压治疗失眠症的临床研究,观察阴阳气血配穴针刺法结合耳穴贴压治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、单盲和平行对照的试验方法,临床纳入失眠症患者87例,分为治疗组(针刺法)45例和对照组(口服艾司唑仑)42例。对治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分(PSQI)、中医证候评分进行观察。结果:治疗后两组在PSQI量表积分、中医证候评分,组内治疗前后分析比较,治疗后较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05)。治疗后PSQI量表积分组间比较疗效相当,但治疗组在睡眠时间、睡眠障碍两方面优于对照组。治疗后中医证候评分组间比较,治疗组在心烦易怒、心悸不安、痰多口黏、口苦口臭、头晕头痛、便秘等方面疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),其余各项疗效相当。结论:阴阳气血配穴针刺法结合耳穴贴压不仅具有良好的镇静安眠作用,而且能改善因失眠伴发的各种症状。
