| 摘 要： | 线粒体与细胞凋亡有着密切的关系。细胞凋亡过程中线粒体释放膜间隙中与凋亡相关的活性物质（促凋亡蛋白）。如细胞色素C、AIF、Smac／DIABLO等，线粒体上PT孔道的开放，削弱了线粒体膜两侧的质子梯度，导致ATP合成下降；释放的活性物质激活Caspase，引起细胞凋亡。

| Abstract: | Mitochondrion has close relationship with apoptosis.Some active substances(pro-death protein)such as Cytochrome C,AIF,Smac/DIABLO are released from mitochondrion,intermembrane space and the PT channel of mitochondrion is opened.Then the electrochemical proton gradient between the outside and the inside membrane of mitochondrion is weakened,which results in decline of the synthesis of ATP and active substances mentioned above active caspase.So apoptosis is induced. |
