摘    要:目的:探讨64层螺旋CT血管成像(CTA)技术在脑膜瘤术前评估中的应用价值。方法:25例脑膜瘤患者均行CTA双期扫描,扫描后数据重组方法为容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、薄层最大密度投影(TSMIP),观察血管情况及肿瘤与供血动脉的关系。结果:25例脑膜瘤8例位于蝶骨嵴、7例位于鞍区、4例位于桥小脑角、4例位于矢状窦旁、2例位于额叶。血管平滑移位16例,血管狭窄或供血动脉分支增多紊乱9例。CTA可清楚显示不同部位肿瘤形态、血管及周围组织的关系。结论:CTA双期扫描,结合不同成像方式,为脑膜瘤术前评估提供重要的资料,可在临床推广使用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical value of post-processing techniques of 64-slices spiral CT angiography(CTA)in the preoperative evaluation of meningioma.Methods:A total of 25 patients who had meningioma underwent dual-phase CTA.All CT data were reconstructed with the post-processing techniques including volume rendering(VR),maximum intensity projection(MIP)and thin-slice maximum-intensity projection(TSMIP).The relationship of tumor and feeding arteries as well as the appearances of blood vessels were studied.Results:Of the 25 patients with meningioma,the location of tumor were sphenoid ridge(n=8),parasellar region(n=7),cerebellopontine angle(n=4),parasagittal sinus region(n=4)and frontal lobe(n=2).The blood vessels were displaced smoothly in 16 patients,narrowing of blood vessels or increase and disorder of feeding arteries in 9 patients.CTA can clearly show the tumor shape in various location,the relationship of tumor with blood vessels and adjacent tissues and structures.Conclusion:Dual-phase CTA with various reconstruction techniques provided important information for the pre-operation evaluation of meningioma,which is worth recommending in clinical practice.
