Abstract:We describe the case of a boy with steroid sensitive nephrotic syndrome and left pulmonary artery thrombo-embolism. Clinical presentation initially suggested sepsis and respiratory signs were minor. Treatment with tissue plasminogen activator infused into the pulmonary artery was successful.
