孕产妇健康知识与围生儿死亡的关系及干预(附25例围生儿死因分析)

目的:提高孕龄妇女围生保健〔1〕的意识和能力,降低围生儿死亡率。方法:对深圳市盐田区2001年10月1日～2004年9月30日3年内25例围生儿死亡原因进行分析。结果:近3年来,围生儿死亡率略有上升趋势,且流动人口围生儿死亡率明显高于常住、暂住人口;围生儿死亡原因与孕产妇健康知识关系密切。结论:降低围生儿死亡率,必须将围生保健工作与健康教育工作有机结合,努力提高孕龄妇女围生保健的意识和能力,提高孕产妇健康知识水平。

Relationship between pregnant women''''s health knowledge and perinatal fetus death and its intervention (With analysis on reasons for death of 25 cases)

Objective:To improve gestational age women's consciousness and ability of prenatal healthcare and lower the perinatal mortality.Methods:The reasons for death of 25 perinatal fetuses from Oct 1, 2001 to Sep 30, 2004 in Yantian District of Shenzhen were analyzed.Results:The death rate ascended slightly during the recent three years. In addition, the mortality for floating population was obviously higher than that of permanent and temporary population.Death reasons of perinatal fetus had a close relationship to the health knowledge of the pregnant women.Conclusion:In order to lower the perinatal mortality, perinatal healthcare work must be integrated with health education work organically, i.e. improving gestational age women's consciousness and ability of prenatal healthcare and pregnant women's health knowledge level.
