卵母细胞质内单精子注射技术的临床应用

应用卵母细胞质内单精子注射（ＩＯＳＳＩ）技术治疗严重男性因素所致不孕。自１９９７年７月至１９９８年６月，因男性严重少精、弱精及精子畸形来诊的不育夫妇２１对。女方采用药物超促排卵后，经阴道Ｂ超引导下取卵，应用ＩＯＳＳＩ技术获得体外受精卵及早期胚胎，然后行胚胎移植。２１个周期获得２１８个卵母细胞，其中１５０个成熟卵母细胞进行注射，１１６个（７７３％）成活，正常受精８９个，受精率为５９３％，卵裂５５个，卵裂率６１８％。共１８例患者获胚胎移植，４例临床妊娠，妊娠率为２２２％，流产１例，１例分娩于１９９８年１２月２日，为健康女婴。ＩＯＳＳＩ技术是治疗严重男性因素所致不孕的有效方法

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF INTRAOOPLASMIC SINGLE SPERM INJECTION

To evaluate the clinical potential of the technique of intraooplasmic single sperm injection(IOSSI) in treating severe male infertility,from July 1997 to June 1998, oocytes were collected from the females of 21 infertile couples due to severe oligozoospermia, asthenozoospermia and teratozoospermia diagnosed in Shandong Provincial Hospital, after controlled ovarian hyperstimulation and with US guided transvaginal punctures. Mature oocytes were fertilized in vitro with IOSSI technique and then the embryos were transferred into the unterus. 218 oocytes were collected in 21 cycles of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation, 150 matured occytes of which were fertilized with IOSSI. 116 survived after injection and 89 fertilized normally (fertilization rate being 59.3%). Of the 89,55 cleaved (cleavage rate 61.8%) and 18 cases had ET with 4 cases(22.2%) of successful. It is clear that clinical pregnanciy. One case aborted and the first healthy bady with IOSSI technique was delivered on Dec.2, 1998. Intraooplasmic single sperm injection is an effective treatment for severe male infertility.
