| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺近红外线扫描(infrared light scanning, IFS)与X线摄影(mammography)在乳腺肿块诊断中的价值.方法对313例经手术治疗的乳腺肿块患者行近红外线扫描及X线摄影检查,并分析近红外线扫描与X线摄影在乳腺肿块诊断中与病理结果的符合率.结果对乳腺纤维腺瘤诊断符合率近红外线扫描显著高于X线摄影(P<0.05),对其余肿块无显著差异;二者联合检查可提高诊断符合率,其中对乳腺癌诊断符合率有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论乳腺近红外线扫描在乳腺肿块检查中与X线摄影诊断符合率相似,联合检查可进行互补,提高诊断符合率.

| Abstract: | Objective To estimate the value of infrared light scanning (IFS) and mammography in diagnosis of breast masses. Methods A total of 313 patients with breast masses were examined with IFS and mammography. The diagnosis accordance rate by IFS and mammography was compared with that by pathological diagnosis. Results There was significant difference in the diagnosis of fibroadenoma between IFS and mammography (P<0.05), but no significant difference in the diagnosis of other masses was found. Combination of IFS and mammography could boost diagnosis accordance rate, particularly in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Conclusion IFS has similar diagnosis accordance rate to mammography. Combination of IFS and mammography can increase the diagnostic accuracy of breast masses. |
