维生素E抗D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的脂质过氧化作用

摘    要:目的 探讨维生素E对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法 用D-半乳糖制备衰老小鼠模型。同时维生素E灌胃给予治疗。7周后,用722分光光度计检测衰老小鼠肾、肝、睾丸组织超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase;SOD)活性、丙二醛(malondialdehyde;MDA)含量。结果 维生素E可显著提高D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠肾、肝、睾丸组织SOD活性,并使衰老小鼠体内MDA含量明显下降。结论 维生素E可显著提高D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的抗氧化能力。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of VitE on anti-oxidation function in decrepit mice caused by D-glactods.Methods The models of decrepit mice were made with D-glactods.Meanwhile the mice were treated through injecting VitE into their abdominal cavity.Seven weeks later,the contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialddede(MDA)in their kidney,liver and testicle tissue were tested with722Photometer.Results VitE could increase SOD in the kidney,liver and testicle tissue of decrepit mice caused by D-glactods and reduce their MDA remarkably.Conclusion VitE can strikingly increase anti-oxidation function in decrepit mice caused by D-glactods.
