| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声显像对肺不张的诊断价值。方法 :对 3 9例超声诊断为肺不张的病人进行调查 ,将超声诊断率分别与胸部 CT诊断率、X线胸片诊断率进行卡方检验。结果 分别为 X1 =1.0 1,X2 =3 .12 ,P>0 .0 5。超声诊断率和胸部 CT诊断率及 X线胸片诊断率差异无显著性。超声诊断假阳性率 2 .6%。结论 超声对靠近胸壁的肺不张的诊断与胸部 CT、X线胸片一样 ,具有一定的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of atelectasis by ultrasonography.Methods We investigated the 39 patients with atelectasis that were diagnosed by ultrasonography,among whom 38 cases were proved by Computed Tomography(CT)of the chest,X ray plain film.Results There was no significant difference befween the diagnostic ration of ultrasonography and the diagnostic ration of x ray plain film and CT.(P<0.05).Conclusion The ultrasonography as well as x ray plain film and CT have clinical diagnostic value for atelectasis. |
