导乐分娩联合硬膜外分娩镇痛对自然分娩的影响

目的 探讨导乐分娩联合硬膜外分娩镇痛对自然分娩的作用和影响,提高顺产率,促进自然分娩.方法 将来该院分娩的正常足月初产妇按自愿随机的原则分为观察组100例,对照组100例,观察组实施导乐分娩联合硬膜外分娩镇痛,对照组不实行导乐也不用分娩镇痛.观察两组产妇的镇痛效果、产程时间、分娩方式、产后出血量、新生儿情况.结果 观察组镇痛效果明显,两组产妇各产程对照有明显差异,剖宫产率、产后2 h出血量、新生儿窒息发生率观察组明显低于对照组.结论 导乐分娩联合硬膜外分娩镇痛有良好的镇痛效果,可以缩短产程,减少围产儿发病率,促进自然分娩,提高产科质量.

Effect of guided happiness associated with epidural abirritation during spontaneous delivery

[Objective] To investigate the effect of guided happiness associated with epidural abirritation during spontaneous delivery, elevate the rate of eutocia and promote spontaneous delivery. [Methods] According the principle of voluntariness and randomness, we distribute the normal mature primiparas who got to our hospital for delivery to two groups, experimental group and control group, each group has 100 cases. The experimental group execute guided happiness associated with epidural abirritation during spontaneous delivery, and another group execute neither. The contents include the effect of abirritation, the time of labor, the way of delivery, the amount of bleeding after delivery and the instance of newborn. [Results] The effect of abirritation was obvious in experimental group, the difference of each labor between two groups was manifest. The rate of delivery through paunch, the amount of bleeding within 2 hours after delivery and the incidence of asphyxia of newborn , which in experimental group were lower than control group. [Conclusion] Guided happiness associated with epidural abirritation during spontane-ous delivery has a satisfactory effect of abirritation, and it can shorten the labor, reduce the incidence of disease of newborn, promote spontaneous delivery and also can elevate the quality of maternity department.
