| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胰岛素用于胃食管吻合口瘘预防和治疗的效果。方法：以1999年1月-2000年1月收治的26例行胃食管吻合并于术后应用胰岛素的食管癌病人作为治疗组与1998年1月-1999年1月收治的23例术后未用胰岛素的病人作为对照组进行分析比较。结果：治疗组26例中发生吻合口瘘1例，对照组23例中发生吻合口瘘7例，其发生率分别为3.4%和30.4%，治疗组无1例死亡，对照组死亡4例，死亡率为15.27%，结论：胰岛素用于胃食管吻合术后预防和治疗吻合口瘘是行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of insulin in preventing and curing stomach esophagus stomal fistula.Methods A Case control study was employed in which there were 26 cases of esophagogastrostomy(from January ,1999 to January ,2000) as treated group with insulin after operation and 23 cases (from January, 1998 to January,1999)as control group without insulin treatment.Results 1 patient in the treated group (3.4%) and 7 in the control group (30.4%) failed for the stomal fistula. No one died in the treated group, but 4 in the control group died for that.Conclusion Insulin is effective in preventing and curing stomal fistula in esophagogastrostomy after operation. |
