| 摘 要： | 目的:寻找一种简便、灵敏、特异性高的预防治疗佝偻病的诊断指标。方法:采用金标法测定骨源性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)和终点法测定血清钙。结果:对1003例正常体检儿童进行BALP检测,并随机抽取351例儿童行血清钙检查,BALP≥200(u/L)病例数与具有佝偻病临床表现者和血清钙之间存在显著差异,随着年龄增长,BALP明显降低,发生佝偻病危险性越低。结论:BALP检测为儿童保健工作者能够快速地诊断钙营养缺乏性疾病,提供了可靠、便捷、科学合理的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To search a simple,sensitive and specific diagnostic index for preventing and treating rickets.Methods:Bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP) was detected using auri-labelling method and serum calcium using endpoint method.Results:The level of BALP was detected in 1003 children with normally health examination.351 of those children were randomly selected and their serum calcium was detected.The difference was significant between the number of children with BALP 200u/L and above and those children with rickets,the level of serum calcium between them was also different.Along with growth,the level of BALP was obviously decreased and incidence of rickets was lower.Conclusion:The determination of BALP is prompt,reliable,simple and scientific in diagnosis of calcium deficiency diseases. |
