摘    要:目的探讨快速成型技术制作新生儿骨盆和股骨模型的可能性和准确性。方法应用64排螺旋CT获得新生儿骨盆和股骨薄层断面图像,经计算机图像处理得到骨盆和股骨分层信息,利用快速成型技术制作骨盆和股骨实体模型,并检测方法的可行性和所得模型的准确性。结果应用快速成型技术成功地制作了新生儿骨盆和股骨实体模型,且两者之间具有良好的相似性。结论快速成型技术制作新生儿骨盆和股骨模型方法可靠,所得模型准确性良好。

Abstract:Objective To study the manufacture of newborn infant's pelvic and femoral physical model using rapid prototyping and the accuracy of the models.Methods The newborn infant's pelvic and femoral CT images were acquired by 64 spiral CT thin slice scanning, and the slicing data of pelvis and femur were created from these CT images by computer image processing. Then the pelvic and femoral physical models were manufactured using rapid prototyping. The accuracy of the models was examined.Results The models of the pelvis and femoral manufactured with this method were very similar to the pelvis and the femoral.Conclusions The manufacture of newborn infant's pelvic and femoral physical model using rapid prototyping was feasible, and the models were quite accurate.
