新型头环石膏固定联合手术治疗成人肌性斜颈

目的：探讨新型头环石膏背心固定器联合手术治疗成人肌性斜颈的疗效。方法：用自制头环石膏固定器治疗6例成人肌性斜颈，在头环右膏支撑牵引辅助下，行手术治疗，在局部麻醉下行双极松解术。结果：本组发生头环钉松动2例，及时拧紧，没有造成头环脱落，术后平均随访5年，斜颈矫正满意、颈部活动功能除1例向健侧旋转轻度受限外，其余恢复正常，3例仍遗留轻度颜面部不对称。结论：成人肌性斜颈治疗较为困难，应用新型头环石膏固定联合手术治疗是一种有效的方法，此固定器具有操作简单、固定牢固和易于调整和优点。

Treatment of adult myogenic torticollis with a new type of halo cast fixation ap paratus combined with operation

ObjectiveTo explore the therapeutic effect of a n ew type of halo cast fixation apparatus combined with operation for the treatmen t of adult myogenic torticollis.Methods6 patients with adult myogenic torticoll is were treated with self designed halo cast fixation apparatus.With the tractio n of the apparatus and local anesthesia, double pole releasing procedure was perf ormed.ResultsTwo among the 6 cases,the halo pins loos ened,and were timely twisted again witho ut fall of halo.After an average follow up of 5 years,torticollis was corrected satisfactorily.Of the 6 cases,5 had norm al function of the neck and only 1 had s light rotation limitation of the neck to wards the healthy side.3 patients remain ed slight asymmetry of the face.ConclusionThe treatment of adult myogenic torticol lis is difficult.The halo cast fixation apparatus combined with operation is an effective method for the treatment of ad ult myogenic torticollis.The advantages of the fixation apparatus are its simpli city,stable fixation and easy adjustment .
