2型糖尿病患者血浆可溶性CD36与动脉粥样硬化的关系

目的 分析T2DM患者血浆可溶性CD36（sCD36）水平与动脉粥样硬化（AS）的关系.方法 纳入T2DM患者88例,根据颈动脉彩色超声结果分为颈动脉粥样斑块（AS）组38例,无斑块对照（CG）组50例.测定并分析两组血浆sCD36及血清25-羟维生素D3[25-（OH）D3]水平与动脉斑块的关系.结果 与CG组相比,AS组sCD36[（2.21±0.91）vs（1.61±0.52）]、HbA1c、LDL-C升高,25-（OH） D3[13.33（4.19,15.85） vs 20.58（6.06,31.10）]降低（P＜0.05）.多元回归分析显示,sCD36、HbA1c、LDL-C是AS的危险因素.25-（OH）D3水平降低（R2=0.08,β=-0.28,P＜0.01）是sCD36升高的影响因素.结论 T2DM患者血浆sCD36可能是其发生AS的生化标志物.

Association of plasma soluble CD36 with arterial atherosclerosis in T2DM patients

Objective To detect the changes of the plasma soluble CD36 （sCD36） level in T2DM patients and analyze the association of sCD36 with atherosclerosis （AS）.Methods Of the 88 T2DM patients enrolled in the study,38 patients with carotid plaque were assigned to the atherosclerotic（AS） group and 50 without plaque to the control group （CG）according to the result of carotid ultrasonography.Concentrations of plasma sCD36 and serum 25-（OH）D3 were measured and analyzed.Results The levels of sCD36 [（2.21±0.91）vs（1.61 ±0.52）],HbA1c,and LDL-C were elevated and 25-（OH）D3 [13.33（4.19,15.85） vs 20.58（6.06,31.10）] were lower in the AS group than in the CG group （P＜0.05）.The multivariate regression analysis showed that the sCD36,HbA1 c,and LDL-C levels were the risk factors of AS and the lower 25-（OH）D3 level （R2 =0.08,β=-0.28,P＜0.01） was an influencing factor of elevated sCD36.Conclusion The level of plasma sCD36 is elevated in the T2DM patients with carotid AS,and it may be regarded as a marker of AS.
