多层螺旋CT在肋骨骨折法医学鉴定中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT扫描及三维重建在肋骨骨折的法医学鉴定中的应用价值。方法通过对53例临床诊断为肋骨骨折的法医学鉴定案例的X线平片、多层螺旋CT扫描及重建图像进行回顾性分析。结果53例中通过胸部普通X线平片诊断肋骨骨折118根,漏诊肋骨骨折36根。通过多层螺旋CT诊断为肋骨骨折者154根,排除骨折2例。结论多层螺旋CT扫描及重建可明显提高肋骨骨折诊断的准确性,为法医学鉴定提供准确可靠的医学影像依据。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of multislice spiral computerized tomography (MSCT) scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction in the forensic identification of rib fracture. Meth- ods X-ray plat film and MSCT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction images in 53 cases of clinically diagnosed rib fractures were analyzed retrospectively. Results [n 53 cases, there were 118 rib fractures confirmed by X-ray plat film,and 36 rib fractures were missed. There were 154 rib fractures confirmed by MSCT scanning and postprocessing reconstruction, and there were 2 rib fracture which were excluded. Conclusion MSCT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction of rib fractures can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy in order to provide accurate and reliable evidence for forensic identification.
