0.1%黄连素液治疗80例新生儿脓疱疮的疗效观察

目的探讨0.1%黄连素液在治疗新生儿脓疱疮的临床疗效。方法研究的对象为我院2008年1月至2010年1月收治的80例新生儿脓疱疮患儿,应用0.1%黄连素液内外治疗配合西药治疗,对照组79例患儿应用单纯的西药治疗,对照2组的疗效。结果研究组患儿的有效率100%,脓疱消退时间、平均住院时间均优于对照组。结论 0.1%黄连素液在治疗新生儿脓疱疮的临床疗效值得肯定,配合有效的抗生素和积极治疗合并症,本病预后良好。

0.1% Berberine Treatment of 80 Cases of Neonatal Impetigo Liquid Efficacy

Objective To investigate the 0.1% solution of berberine in the treatment of neonatal impetigo clinical efficacy.Methods approach the object of study in our hospital in January 2008 -2010 January 80 neonates admitted to children with impetigo,the application 0.1% berberine solution inside and outside the treatment with Western medicine,the control group 79 cases of children with a simple application of western medicine,the efficacy of the control groups.Results The study group of children was 100%,pustules subsided time,the average length of stay were excellent in the control group.Conclusion 0.1%berberine solution in the treatment of neonatal clinical efficacy of impetigo should be affirmed,with effective antibiotics and aggressive treatment of complications,the disease prognosis is good.
