多发性骨髓瘤患者血清中OPG的表达及意义

目的研究多发性骨髓瘤（MM）患者血清中OPG的表达水平及与骨病、预后的关系;并讨论OPG与血清球蛋白、血钙、血红蛋白的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）分别检测25例MM患者和25例对照组血清中OPG的水平。结果 MM患者血清OPG水平与对照组相比明显降低（P〈0.01）。0～1个骨损组明显高于2～3个骨损组（P〈0.01）。同时,OPG水平与β2-微球蛋白、球蛋白均相关（均P〈0.01）,与白蛋白、血红蛋白、血钙未发现明显相关性（P〉0.05）。结论 MM患者血清OPG水平明显低于正常对照,且其降低的程度与骨损害的严重程度相关;OPG水平与β2-微球蛋白呈负相关,提示MM患者血清中OPG水平可能对预后具有重要意义。

Detection of Serum Osteoprotegerin in Patients with Multiple Myeloma and its Cclinical Significance

Objective To investigate the serum osteoprotegerin level in patients with multiple myeloma and the association with bone disease and prognosis;To discuss the relationship between the serum globulin,serum calcium,hemoglobin and OPG.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were detected in 25 patients and 25 control group serum OPG levels.Results The serum OPG level of MM patient compared with the control was significantly lower(P<0.01).0～1 bone loss group was significantly higher than 2～3 bone loss (P<0.01).Meanwhile,OPG levels were not associated with Albumin,hemoglobin,serum calcium levels(P>0.05),but with β2-microglobulin and globulin levels(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum OPG level were lower in patients with MM and were associated with skeletal destruction.OPG levels andβ2-microglobulin was a negative correlation, suggesting that serum OPG levels in patients with MM may have important prognostic significance.
