急危重症患者中心静脉置管相关性感染研究

目的了解急危重症患者中心静脉置管相关性感染情况。方法回顾性分析我院2009年10月～2011年11月ICU住院行中心静脉置管患者412例,对其不同留置途径感染发生情况、感染病原体类型、置管时间等进行统计分析。结果 412例患者中41例发生相关性感染,发生率为9.95%;不同留置途径感染情况差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.01;导管留置时间越长,感染几率越大,不同留置时间感染率差异具有统计学意义。结论中心静脉置管相关性感染与患者基础疾病、原有感染等因素有关,同时置管时间、置管途径也会影响感染的发生。

The study of the central venous catheter related infections of the intensive care units patients

Objective To investigate the central venous catheter related infections of the Intensive care units patients.Methods 412 patients with central venous catheter from October 2009-November 2011 in the ICU were analysised retrospectively,Analysis the elect location infection,the type of pathogen infection,catheter time.Results 41 cases were infectioned in the 412 patients,the incidence was 9.95%;different puncture approach were statistically significant difference,P < 0.01;the longer the catheter,the greater infection rate,different retention time was statistically significance.Conclusion The infection of Central venous catheter were correlated with underlying diseases,catheter time,and the puncture approach.
