| 摘 要： | 肺栓塞是比较常见和容易误诊的心血管疾病。本文通过1例肺血栓栓塞症误诊的诊治过程分析,讨论了肺血栓栓塞症容易误诊为充血性心力衰竭的原因,以及临床采取的应对措施,对于该病例的临床诊治具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Pulmonary Embolism is one of the common cardiovascular diseases and is frequently unrecognized.By showing the clinical treatment process of a patient with pulmonary thromboembolism,we discusses most reasons for misdiagnosis of pulmonary embolism in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF) and clinical prompt treatments for the emergent condition.This report would be helpful for physicians to make a correct diagnosis and take prompt measures,thus minimizing the number of deaths due to pulmonary embolism. |
