30例肝硬化并发上消化道出血的护理分析

目的探讨肝硬化合并上消化道出血的有效护理方法。方法回顾性分析我科2010年10月至2011年9月30例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的临床资料,观察和总结护理疗效。结果 30例患者经过护理后,29例在72h以内止血,效果良好,有效率达到96.67%;1例主动放弃治疗;治疗期间出血次数为3次,止血时间最长者为41.1h,最短者为28.6h,平均（33.2±5.8）h。生活习惯与护理干预前比较,干预后各项指标均明显高于干预前,两者比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论在重视出血护理的基础上,强调饮食起居的重要性及调畅情绪,是提高肝硬化并发上消化道出血的疗效,解除患者疾苦的有效护理措施。

Nursing Intervention to Cirrhotic Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective To summarize the effective methods of care and observation points,improvethe quality of care,reduce the Mortality.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical features of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,developed and implemented proactive and comprehensive observation and care of emergency.Results In 30 patients after the nursing,29 cases within 72h hemostasis,good effect,efficiency is up to 96.67%;in 1 patients with active withdrawal of treatment;treatment of hemorrhage during the 3 times, hemostasis for longest 41.1h,short for 28.6h,mean 33.2±5.8h.Living habits and nursing intervention before and,after the intervention the indicators were significantly higher than those before intervention,both compared with statistical significance(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The key to improve the success rate of emergency and improve the quality of care is actively doing basic nursing,health education,attention to dietand psychological care,close observation of changes in patient’s condition,assistance to doctors to actively save patients,timely and accurate medication.
