舒适护理在胫腓骨骨折患者护理中的应用与研究

目的探讨胫腓骨骨折患者的舒适护理。方法通过随机抽取的方式,将入住我院100例患者分为实验组与对照组2组,各50例。实验组采用内加固的手术治疗,并术后进行舒适护理。对照组给予外加固的保守治疗及舒适护理,观察2组患者的治疗效果,并对其进行分析。结果实验组中的50例胫腓骨骨折患者有48例恢复良好,有2例出现轻度的功能受损,治愈率96%。采用外加固治疗的50例患者,有47例病患恢复良好,能进行正常的体力活动,治愈率94%,有3例病患出现轻度的功能受损。结论对于胫腓骨骨折患者,除了采用手术及保守治疗外,还需选择适当的护理措施,以有效防止患者术后并发症的发生,提高手术治疗的效果,加快患者术后的康复速度,值得在临床医学中广泛推广。

Comfort Care in the Tibia and Fibula Fractures in Patient Care and Research in the Application

Objective To investigate the tibia and fibula fractures in patients with comfort care.Methods by way of random,will stay in our hospital 100 patients were divided into two experimental groups and control group,50 patients.Reinforcement within the experimental group of surgical treatment,and postoperative comfort care.Control group was given outside the reinforcement of conservative treatment and comfort care,patient outcomes were observed,and their analysis.Results In the experimental group of 50 cases,48 cases of tibia and fibula fractures in patients with good recovery,2 patients had mild impairment,cure rate 96%.The use of external reinforcement therapy in 50 patients,47 cases patients recovered well,to carry out normal physical activity,the cure rate 94%,3 cases of patients with mild dysfunction.Conclusion For the tibia and fibula fracture,in addition to surgery and conservative treatment,care needs to select the appropriate measures to effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve surgical results,accelerate the speed of postoperative recovery,worth widely in clinical medicine.
