解除男性患者留置尿管拔管疼痛的护理措施与效果评价

目的 探讨如何采取有效的护理措施,解除男性患者留置气囊导尿管拔除尿管时疼痛.方法 选择19例留置气囊导尿管的男性患者作为样本病例,均自诉拔尿管时存在疼痛,分两个阶段连续6周,用2种不同的方法实施拔尿管,记录患者是否疼痛及程度,将记录结果汇总并进行比较.结果 第一阶段按常规方法拔尿管,在3周57例次中96.5%的患者自诉有疼痛感;第二阶段通过采取有效的护理措施,在3周57例次中仅14%的患者自诉有疼痛感.结论 解除留置气囊尿管拔管时存在疼痛感的男性患者,可采取抽尽尿管球囊内液体后不立即拔出尿管,让患者休息30～60min,休息期间待气囊有效回缩,并给予腹部膀胱区轻柔按摩、热敷和双下肢屈伸运动等有效的护理措施后再行缓慢转动拔管的方法,能明显减轻或消除其疼痛.

Lifting of Male Patients with Indwelling Catheter Extubation Pain Ursing Measures and Effect Evaluation

Objective Discuss how to take effective nursing measures,lifting the male patients with urethral catheter with air sac catheter removal pain.Methods 19 cases of urethral catheter with air sac male patients as a sample case of private prosecution,are pulling out the catheter when the presence of pain,two stages for 6 consecutive weeks,using two different methods to implement the pull catheter,recording whether the patient pain and degree,will record the results summary and comparison.Results The first stage according to the conventional method of pulling out the catheter,in 3 weeks of 57 passengers in 96.5% of the patients reported pain;second stage through effective nursing measures,in 3 week 57 people in only 14% patients complained of pain.Conclusion Lifting the indwelling ballonet catheter extubation when there is pain in the male patients,can be taken as a Foley balloon pumping liquid not immediately following the pull catheter,let a patient resting 30min to 60min,rest period for airbag effective retraction,and give the abdominal area of the bladder massage,hot compress and double limb flexor extensor exercise effective nursing measures after the slow rotation extubation method,can significantly reduce or eliminate the pain.
