高危前列腺增生症经尿道等离子前列腺电切术围手术期处理

目的探讨等离子电切术（PKRP）治疗高危前列腺增生症（BPH）围手术期处理体会,提高手术治疗的疗效和安全性。方法全面详细的临床检查,客观评价重要脏器功能,有效治疗内科原有疾病,采用经尿道等离子前列腺电切术（PKRP）治疗高危患者98例。结果平均随访7.2个月,前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分、最大尿流率和残余尿量均较术前明显改善。结论 PKRP治疗高危BPH期间,加强围手术期的处理,不仅疗效显著而且创伤小、安全性高和并发症少。

Perioperative treatment of high-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) patients undergong transurethral bipolar plasmakentic vaporization

Objective To investigate the perioperative treatment of high-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) patients undergoing transurethral bipolar plasmakentic vaporization Methods Comprehensive and detailed clinical examination,objective evaluation of vital organ function,effective treatment for existing diseases,98 cases of high-risk BPH patients who were treated by PKRP were retrospectively analyzed.Results A 7.2 months mean follow-up,which prostate symptom score,quality of life score,maximum flow rate and residual urine volume improved significantly compared with preoperative.Conclusion During the high-risk BPH treatment by PKRP,strengthening the treatment of perioperative can improve effectiveness and reduce wound,,safe and less complications.
