输血发热性非溶血性反应临床分析

目的探讨输血发热性非溶血性反应（FNHTRs）的临床诊断与治疗,分析发生原因。方法对我院自2007年3月至2010年5月收治的184例输血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结发生FNHTRs患者的临床诊治方法,分析发生FNHTRs的原因。结果 FNHTRs患者以发热为主要表现,其次还包括恶心、呕吐、寒战、呕吐等伴随症状;输注单纯白细胞、血小板可增加FNHTRs的发生率。结论 FNHTRs临床预后较好,通过积极预防和治疗可明显降低FNHTRs的临床发生率。

Febrile Non-hemolytic Transfusion Reaction Analysis of Clinical

Objective To investigate the febrile non-hemolytic transfusion reaction(FNHTRs) the clinical diagnosis and treatment,analysis of causes.Methods The hospital from March 2007 to May 2010 treated 184 cases of blood transfusion in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,summarized the occurrence FNHTRs clinical diagnosis and treatment,an analysis of FNHTRs reasons.Results FNHTRs patients with fever as the main performance,followed by also including nausea,vomiting,chills,vomiting and other associated symptoms;infusion of pure white blood cells,platelets can increase the incidence of FNHTRs.Conclusion FNHTRs better clinical outcomes through active prevention and treatment can significantly reduce the incidence of clinical FNHTRs.
