宫颈癌组织中p57KIP2及p27KIP1在表达及预后的临床观察

目的探究在宫颈癌患者组织切片中P57KIP2及P27KIP1在表达及预后间的相互关系。方法截取我院2008年5月至2010年12月共50例宫颈癌组织,20例上皮内瘤变组织,20例正常组织行免疫组化结果比较分析。结果 p57KIP2、p27kip1两者正常组、瘤变组、肿瘤组阳性率分别为：95%、85%、14%;90%、85%、20%。p57KIP2、p27kip1随着患者病变处恶性程度的逐渐性升高及肿瘤直径的增大呈现降低,经统计学检验提示,P均〈0.05,差异具统计学意义。结论 p57KIP2及p27KIP1在宫颈癌病情发展及临床检测中具有重要作用。

Cervical Carcinoma in P57KIP2 and P27KIP1 Expression and Prognosis of Clinical Observation

Objective To explore in patients with cervical cancer tissue sections of P57KIP2 and P27KIP1 in expression and prognostic relation.Methods in our hospital from 2009 May to 2010 from December,50 cases of cervical carcinoma,20 cases of intraepithelial neoplasia tissue,20 cases of normal tissue by immunohistochemical results.Results p57KIP2,p27kip1 both normal group, neoplasia group,tumor group positive rates were:95%,85%,14%;90%,85%,20%.P57KIP2,p27kip1 in patients with lesions with malignant degree gradually increased and the diameter of tumor exhibited lower statistics,tips,P<0.05,with statistical significance difference.Conclusion p57KIP2 and p27kip1 in cervical cancer progression and clinical detection plays an important role in.
