| 摘 要： | 目的通过对我院68例心律失常患者的临床分析,进一步探讨胺碘酮治疗快速性心律失常的效果和作用,以更好地解决心律失常患者的痛苦方法回顾性分析我院于2010年9月～2011年9月期间收治的68例快速性心律失常患者的临床资料。结果所有患者采用胺碘酮治疗,其中9例患者出现了不同程度的副作用。68例快速性心律失常患者中无窦性停搏、II度以上房室传导阻滞、尖端扭转性室速等严重副作用的发生,未出现死亡现象。结论胺碘酮具有良好的抗心律失常功能,要慎重对待快速性心律失常的患者,考虑患者的具体情况,对患者的用药以及时间等进行正确的指导。

| Abstract: | Objective Of 68 hospital patients with the clinical arrhythmia analysis,amiodarone treatment of rapid further explore the effect and role of arrhythmia,arrhythmia patients to better address the suffering of Methods A retrospective analysis of 2010 hospital September 2011 and September 68 cases treated tachyarrhythmia in patients with clinical data.Results All patients with amiodarone treatment,nine patients had varying degrees of side effects.68 cases of tachyarrhythmia patients without sinus arrest,II degrees atrioventricular block,torsades ventricular tachycardia and other serious side effects occur,mortality does not appear.Conclusion Antiarrhythmic amiodarone has a good function,be careful to treat patients with tachyarrhythmias,consider the patient’s specific situation,the patient’s medication and the time for proper guidance. |
