多排螺旋CT自动曝光控制技术在常规胸部体检中的应用

摘    要:目的分析多排螺旋CT自动曝光控制技术在常规胸部体检中的应用价值。方法选取80例行常规胸部CT检查体检者,分为:对照组,手动曝光控制技术,共20例;研究组,应用自动曝光控制技术,共60例,其中有3种扫描参数,分别为120Kv110mAs(Ⅰ组)、120Kv130mAs(Ⅱ组)、120Kv150mAs(Ⅲ组)。对比分析2组的胸部CT图像质量和辐射剂量差异。结果随研究组的管电流增加,图像噪声减小,而辐射剂量增加(P<0.05)。对照组的图像噪声介于2组与3组间,而辐射剂量介于1组与2组间,且对照组与2组的图像噪声无差异(P>0.05),而辐射剂量有差异(P<0.05)。结论扫描参数120Kv130mAs的多排螺旋CT自动曝光控制技术能在保证图像质量同时,有效减少辐射剂量,适宜在常规胸部体检中的应用。

The Application of Multi-slice Spiral CT with Automatic Exposure Control in Routine Chest Physical Examination

Abstract:Objective To analysis the application of multi-slice spiral CT with automatic exposure control in routine chest physical examination.Methods A total of 80 people received routine chest physical examination in our hospital were divided into two groups, control group(20 cases,with manual exposure control technique) and research group(60 cases,with automatic exposure control technique).And research group also were divided into three sub-groups,sub-groupⅠ(120Kv 110mAs),sub-groupⅡ(120Kv 130mAs),sub-groupⅢ(120Kv 150mAs),according to the scanning parameters.The radiation dose and image quality were compared between two groups.Results To accompany with tube current of research group increasing,the pattern noise was decreasing,but radiation dose was increasing(P<0.05).The pattern noise of control group was between sub-groupⅡ and Ⅲ of research group,and the radiation dose between sub-groupⅠ and Ⅱ.The pattern noise was no difference between control group and sub-group Ⅱ of research group(P>0.05),the radiation dose was difference between control group and sub-group Ⅱ of research group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-slice spiral CT with automatic exposure control with 120Kv 130mAs could improve image quality,decrease radiation dose efficiently,and was fit to application of routine chest physical examination.
