| 摘 要： | 尖锐湿疣（ＣA）复发率较高，尿道、宫颈、肛管、包皮系带处特殊部位ＣA复发率更高，且不适用涂药或手术等疗法。本文采用超脉冲c0。激光治疗特殊部位CA68例，阴茎包皮系带CA一次性治愈率73％；阴道宫颈cA一次性治愈率66．7％;尿道CA一次性治愈卒63．6％，肛管周围ＣA一次性治愈率50％；总治愈率i00％。

| Abstract: | Condyloma acuminata(CA) higher recurrence rate,urethra,cervical,anal,frenulum of prepuce of special parts of CA higher recurrence rate,and does not apply to medicine or operation therapy.In this paper,using the Ultrapulse CO2 laser treatment of special parts of CA68 cases,frenulum of prepuce of penis CA disposable cure rate 73%;vaginal and cervical CA disposable cure rate 66.7%;urethral CA disposable cure rate is 63.6%;the anal canal around CA disposable cure rate is 50%;the total cure rate 100%. |
