| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一次性精密过滤输液器在脑卒中患者使用中减少输液不良反应的效果。方法将使用甘露醇及中药制剂的脑卒中患者随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组应用一次性精密过滤输液器输液,对照组应用普通输液器进行输液,观察2组患者输液不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组与对照组之间输液不良反应的发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论应用精密过滤输液器能有效减少输液不良反应的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the disposable precise filtering transfusion apparatus in stroke patients using a reduced transfusion adverse effects.Methods The use of mannitol and Chinese medicine formulations of the stroke were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group used a disposable precise filtering infusion infusion,the control group used ordinary infusion infusion,two groups were observed in patients with adverse reactions to transfusion cases.Results The observation group and the control group between transfusion adverse reactions occur rate had a significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion The application of precise filtering transfusion apparatus can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions to transfusion. |
