围绝经期子宫内膜疾病TCRE术联合甲羟孕酮治疗的疗效观察

目的研究在治疗围绝经期子宫内膜疾病时,采用宫腔镜子宫内膜电切手术（TCRE）联合甲羟孕酮治疗的方法的疗效。方法本文选择70例患有围绝经期子宫内膜疾病的患者进行研究,随机分成2组,每组35例,对照组不给予甲羟孕酮,而治疗组给予患者口服高效孕激素醋酸甲羟孕酮250mgqd,连续3个月。6个月之后随访,通过免疫组化法测定血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）与表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）以及血管内皮生长因子的受体（KDR）等表达情况。结果患者子宫内膜EGFR、KDR以及VEGF的表达水平有了非常明显的降低,与手术之前的子宫内膜相比有着明显的差异（P〈0.05）。2组患者进行对比,同样也存在着显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论 TCRE子宫内膜电切手术可以有效的调节子宫内膜EGFR、KDR以及VEGF的表达,在手术之后给予患者甲羟孕酮有助于抑制疾病的复发。

The Menopausal Transition Endometrial Disease was a TCRE the Therapeutic Effect of Observation

objective to investigate and analysis the methods and curative effects of TCRE.Methods there were totally 70 cases,and they were randomly divided into 35 cases of one group and 35 cases of the other group.After the operation of TCRE,one group was given Progesterone Acetate Medroxyprogesterone 250mgqd in three months,and the other group was not.After that,test the state of VEGF,EGFR and KDR by the immunohistochemical method.Results the expression levels of EGFR,KDR and VEGF in patients’Endometrum were obviously reduce(P<0.05).it was found that the levels of EGFR,KDR and VEGF were different,too(P<0.05).Conclusion the operation of TCRE can regulate the expression of EGFR,KDR and VEGF,and Medroxyprogesterone can restrain the recurrence of diseases after operation.
