经阴道超声鉴别诊断子宫内膜息肉与粘膜下肌瘤

目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜息肉与子宫粘膜下肌瘤的声像图表现及鉴别要点。方法采用高分辨率超声探头及彩色多普勒血流经阴道观察子宫腔内的形态、回声情况、血流状态;回顾性分析和总结78例病理证实为子宫内膜息肉及粘膜下子宫肌瘤的声像图特征。结果经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜息肉30例,粘膜下肌瘤27例,诊断率分别为68.2%和79.4%。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜息肉及粘膜下肌瘤的鉴别有较高的实用价值,并为临床提供重要的依据。

Differential Diagnosis Endometrial Polyp and Submucosal Myoma by Transvaginal Ultrasound

Objective To improve the diagnosis ultrasonographic and identification points of endometrial polyp and submucous myoma by transvaginal color doppler ultrasound.Methods Observing the uterine cavity,the shape of the echo,blood flow state by high resolution ultrasonic probe and color doppler flow;78 cases of endometrial polyp and submucous myoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed and summarized ultrasonographic feature retrospectively.Results 30 cases of endometrial polyp and 27 cases of submucous myoma were accurately diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound,the diagnosis rate were 68.2% and 79.4% respectively.Conclusion The transvaginal color doppler ultrasound is of higher practical value to identify endometrial polyp and submucous myoma,and provides an important basis for clinical.
