电凝法治疗下肢静脉曲张29例临床分析

目的评价电凝法治疗下肢静脉曲张的方法及疗效。方法回顾分析2002年10月至2004年10月问，应用电凝法治疗29例下肢静脉曲张病人的临床资料。结果术后1例出现皮下硬结，1例皮肤烫伤，其余康复良好，无严重并发症，无复发。术后住院时间3～12天，平均5天。结论电凝法治疗下肢静脉曲张，操作简便、易行，住院时间短，是一种疗效确切的微创手术方法。

Clinical analysis of electrocoagulation for 29 cases of varicose veins of the lower extre mities

Objective To evaluate the electrocoagulation for varicose veins of the lower extro mities. Methods The clinical date of 29 eases which we treated from Oetob 2002 to Oetob 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results One case developed subcutaneous induration and one ease that developed skin scalded after the operation. The other eases recovered well without serious complications. All eases were no found recurrence. The patients spended only 3 to 12 days in the hospital, average 5 days. Conclusions Electrocoagulation for varicose veins of the lower extre mities is simple and easy. The average hospitalization time was short. It is a good minimal invasive operation.
